We have a long history of teaming up with Xero to simplify the accounting process, and we’re excited to announce another way Expensify is working with Xero to streamline your workflow: introducing Expensify in Xero HQ!
Xero HQ is a one-stop hub for Xero accountants and bookkeepers to manage all their clients’ needs in one place. When combined with Expensify, accountants experience even more efficiency as it automates the receipt tracking and expense management process, giving you more time to provide superior service to clients.
Connecting these two great tools is a breeze. To set this up, go to Account Settings within your Expensify account and select the Connections tab. From there you’ll see an option to connect to Xero HQ. For the full step-by-step instructions, read our help doc.
Once connected, Expensify will send alerts to the Xero HQ dashboard – such as expense reports awaiting approval – which can be resolved with one-click. Select the “Review” button and you’ll be redirected to Expensify where you can clear out any remaining tasks.
