Here at Expensify, we’re always dreaming of ways to make expense reports more lovable, and that also means making receipts less hateable. Today, we’re thrilled to launch our first batch of receipt integrations – making sure you never forget your receipts again! We’ve partnered with Uber, HotelTonight, Revel Systems, Fujitsu ScanSnap, SaneBox, and more to import receipts directly from them, so we can automatically create an expense report without you even having to open our app.
What does this mean for you?
Instead of SmartScanning a receipt or forwarding an email to firstname.lastname@example.org (both great options!), we’ll automatically create an expense report anytime you reserve a room with HotelTonight, take a ride using Uber for Business, or make a purchase at a Revel Systems POS. Just look out for the Expensify button in these apps to send your receipt directly to Expensify, and we’ll take care of the rest. As always, we’ll send you a message if there are any reports that need your attention, otherwise you can spend your day worrying about more important things than expense reports.
For years, we’ve been enabling users to create, submit, and approve expense reports with just the click of a button.
