At Expensify, we’re always scheming up ways to make it even easier to do your expense reports, especially the first part: getting your receipts into Expensify. That’s why we’re so excited to partner with Uber (who is also an Expensify customer!) on their new feature for Business Profiles: Auto-Expense.
Uber’s already made it easy for business travelers to get from one place to another with their Business Profile feature, but Auto-Expense means that you don’t even have to lift a finger to do it. Simply connect your Expensify account to your Uber Business Profile, and then you’re good to go!
Setting Up
To automatically add a copy of your Uber receipt to Expensify, go to your Business Profile > Expensing > Expensify, then type in your work email address and click Connect.

So I receive the Uber receipts via email but I don’t know how to move the receipts to the my expense report. Nothing has changed for me since I set up my business profile.

It was temporarily removed from the Uber app, but should be back now. Sorry for the inconvenience!
Hey there! You should be able to connect your Expensify account directly to your Uber account, which then automatically imports the receipt to Expensify after you finish an Uber ride. Hope this helps – let us know at help@expensify.com if you have more questions!
