Help…was not sure where to leave a question. I just started with Expensify so I am fumbling around a bit.
1. There is no way to upload an Excel document…correct?
2. I have an EVO android. I downloaded the app…and was able to send two rcpt pix. Then there was an upgrade from Expensify and now the new receipt pix are just stuck in the ‘sending’ mode. I was able to start a new test account from my phone…so I know I am communicating…help.
Hi Caroline, please email help@expensify.com for the quickest response.
As for uploading Excel, do you mean as a receipt, or as a method of bulk uploading expenses? If the former, no, we don’t currently support XLS files as a receipt format, but you *can* upload expenses in bulk via XLS.
As for EVO, that’s unusual. Can you please do me a favor and email tony@expensify.com so he can figure out what went wrong? Thanks!
