How Do You Expensify: Independence Day Edition

Welcome back to ‘How Do You Expensify’! In honor of the holiday here in The States, today’s post will be a little different. We’re going to showcase how you can easily use Expensify’s mobile apps to track expenses for a company party – in this case, a 4th of July BBQ.

Let’s assume you’re the nice guy/girl (potentially sucker) that volunteered to pick up all the burgers, sodas, and charcoal for the company BBQ. Lucky for you, even with charcoal and grocery bags in your left hand, you can still quickly snap a receipt photo with the smartphone in your right hand (especially since iOS makes it possible to access the camera from the lock screen).

And here’s something even better! Expensify’s mobile apps now make it easy to choose pictures taken directly from your device’s camera roll or photo gallery, no matter when you’ve taken the picture!

So what do you get when you add Expensify to July 4th? Well, you get convenience as well as a peace of mind. That is, you know that you’ll be able to stay on top of reimbursable expenses no matter the occassion, and that once you submit your report, it’ll be easy for it to be approved and reimbursed in a timely manner.

Now on Expensify’s mobile apps: Choose a picture from your camera roll!

Thanks for joining us and have a great 4th of July! If you have any questions about our mobile apps, or if you’d like to be featured in a future edition of ‘How Do You Expensify’, please contact us via and we’ll be glad to assist you.
