It’s no secret that since we opened our doors in 2008, we have relied on our users and early adopters for feedback, which has heavily influenced the way we’ve grown. In the early days, David would email anyone who signed up with Expensify asking for comments, suggestions, and feedback — both positive and negative — and that has allowed us to develop a very loyal base early on. Thanks to the early feedback, we were able to create an employee-driven, bottom-up business model that provides easy-to-use software for the employee while still providing all the features needed by the CTO.  Continue Reading…
