Free Excel Expense Report Template
We’re a company that wants to take the pain out of expense reports, any way we can. So obviously, we don’t recommend submitting expense reports the old-fashioned way with Excel — we vastly prefer Expensify’s automatic card import, iPhone application, QuickBooks export, and online reimbursement. But if you have no choice in the matter, we recommend this Excel expense report template. We’ve cut out all the cruft and created a template that has everything the typical organization (and their accountants) need, and nothing more; Transport, Phone, Fuel/Miles, Meals, Lodging, Entertainment, and Other. So if you must, give it a shot!
